Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help. If you need to cancel your registration for a class, please contact us directly at frontdesk440@kw.com as soon as possible. Cancellation Notice: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations to allow us to offer your spot to another participant. Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed for cancellations made within the designated timeframe. Rescheduling: If you’d like to reschedule for another class, please indicate this in your email, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
