This course outlines the RD, VA, FHA, State Housing and Conventional loan programs available. It addresses both borrower and property considerations. Approved by the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission for 3 Credit Hours, Course #E1896 Must be present the entire 3 hours to receive course credits. The Commission is interested in the quality and delivery of educational programs which are offered to licensees and, therefore, welcomes and encourages comments regarding program subject matter and quality of delivery of the program.
